When receiving your merchandise, we hope you love your purchase and that our description was accurate. If however you are not completely satisfied, or had higher expectations, we ask that you immediately contact us via E-mail.

We will offer you a choice of the following options:

1. We will offer you a replacement stone with either better color or better clarity, depending on what you disliked in the stone you just purchased.
2. If you realize that you really want a better quality and more expensive stone - we will offer you a diamond better fitting your taste and budget.
3. If we are still unable to completely satisfy you with either of the above options, we will refund your money.
